The Key to a Prosperous Life
The story of Joseph is a story filled with encouragement for God’s people facing the various tests ands trials of life. Joseph went from favored son, to slave, to favored steward, to prisoner, before God providentially moved him into the role He had planned for him all along. In this sermon, we look at how Joseph prospered as a slave and was slandered, only to prosper in prison; and we see how the key to Joseph’s prosperity was that the Lord was with him. The message contains encouragement to children, young adults and older adults who are Christians as well as clear calls to those who do not to believe on Jesus Christ as Savior, Lord and King. A part of the sermon was based on a sermon given by Charles Spurgeon in 1881 at the Metropolitan Tabernacle in London, England.
