The Defining Marks of Jesus' Disciples - Part 1

Up until the time Jesus chose his twelve disciples, his work consisted of him revealing himself as Israel's Messiah, who came bringing the kingdom of God. But with the choosing of the twelve, his mission shifted from revealing to gathering - gathering a people into his kingdom, followed by teaching them what following him was to look like. This sermon is the first of several which examine what Jesus said about life as one of his disciples - a life markedly different from people of the world.
