The orphan care initiative of West Hills Community Church
Heart and Hands is a ministry focus of West Hills Missions with the purpose of generating awareness and action on behalf of orphaned and vulnerable children both locally and globally.
Purpose Statement
Informing the church and the community of the critical need for couples and families in our local area to serve as adoptive and foster care parents, and of the specific ways to join with West Hills in this initiative to care for those close to God’s heart.
Involving the church and the community to act on behalf of orphaned and vulnerable children by adopting, assisting other families in the journey, or by advocating for the needs of these little ones.

Help meet the needs of West Hills’ adoptive and foster care families by donating clothing, age-appropriate toys, bedding, baby items, gift cards and other small items to bless families that are matched with children by adoption or foster care placement.Join with Heart and Hands in praying for and meeting the many practical needs of West Hills’ families that are seeking to provide foster care to vulnerable children in our area. Consider partnering with one West Hills’ foster family as part of a Care Team to assist and provide support in the journey to make a difference in the life of one child.
