All Church Retreat

Every family needs time away to rest, grow and make memories together. We want to invite you to join us at our all church retreat for a weekend filled with worship, gospel focused teaching, adventure, rest and some great kids programming. Our hope is that you’ll grow in your relationship with God and God’s people through this shared time together.

General Session Theme:
The theme of the retreat is growing in unity and community in the body of Christ. We will be learning about being a distinct people called by God to worship, striving for peace and unity, passing on faith across generations and how to practically care for one another.

Seminars
:
Join us for a marriage panel Saturday afternoon. It will be a great opportunity to ask questions, hear from 3-4 couples about how God has been at work in their marriage and grow in navigating some the challenges every couples face.

Housing

We have a variety of housing to choose from to fit your needs and budget for the weekend, including hotel style rooms and cabins. When you register you can select your level of housing. Please be aware that double occupancy is required for the church to maximize the space, so please list a roommate request if you’re coming to the All Church Retreat on your own.

You can list out any special requests or needs on the registration form.

We do not want anyone to not be able to attend because of cost. We have scholarship money available and would love to help you and your family come to the All Church Retreat.

Deluxe Housing

All linens included (sheets and towels), private baths, hand soap provided, beds are pre-made upon arrival, upgraded furnishings and decor, and larger, more spacious rooms.

Standard Housing

Standard housing requires a minimum of 6 people to register. All linens included (sheets and towels), private baths, hand soap provided, beds are pre-made upon arrival, and upgraded furnishings and decor.

Economy Housing

ECONOMY UNITS ARE CURRENTLY FILLED

All linens included (sheets and towels), private baths, hand soap provided, make your own bed upon arrival, and basic furnishings and decor.

We have a limited number of economy units, sign up quickly to reserve one.

$91 per child (4-17 years old)
Children 0-3 are free

Dorm Housing

All linens included (sheets and towels), hand soap provided, make your own bed upon arrival. Dorms have semi-private baths; each room has a sink, and common showers and restrooms are located just down the hallway. Dorms will be reserved for adults only and will sleep two to a room, so make sure to request a roommate or the church can assign you one.

Two options to register for the All Church Retreat:

Option 1: you can register and pay in full 

Option 2: you can register and pay a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. To do so please select deposit button #1 to give us all your registration information (this link will give you a total cost for what you are registering for but does not require a payment to be made). Once that form is completed you will be emailed a link to pay your $100 deposit or you can click deposit button #2 to make that payment.

50% of payment is required by September 15th.
100% of payment is required by Oct 2nd.

Friday Nov 2
4pm Check-in begins. Get your room, settle in, hang out.
6pm Session 1 (elementary kids in main auditorium, birth-pre K program is open at 5:45 pm)
7pm Dinner
8pm Free Time
  • Open: field house (basketball courts and game rooms), snack shop, bookstore, fire pits.
Saturday Nov 3
8am Breakfast
9:00 Session 2 (nursery to kinder at childcare building/elementary kids start out in the main session and gets dismissed to their program until 12:00)
10:30 coffee and refreshment break
10:50 All Camp Activity
12:30 Lunch
1:30 Free Time
  • Field house basketball courts and game rooms, hiking trails, “creach” (creek beach) meet up at 3pm.
  • Rock wall open 2-4 pm behind the Field House
  • Archery open 2-4 pm (advanced sign ups required in the morning)
4:30pm – Seminar (optional kids program for seminar attendees)
6pm Dinner
7-8:30pm Session 3 (nursery to kinder at childcare building/elementary kids start out in the main session and gets dismissed to their program until 8:30 pm)
8:30pm Free Time
  • Open: field house (basketball courts and game rooms), snack shop, bookstore, fire pits + Smores
Sunday Nov 4
8am Breakfast
9:00-10:30am Session 4/Sunday Service (nursery to kinder at childcare building/elementary kids start out in the main session and gets dismissed to their program until 10:30 am)
11-12:00pm Check out
12:30 Lunch

Recreation Options

No cost/sign up at retreat: beautiful hiking trails, the “field house” (which includes basketball courts, foosball, ping pong, air hockey and lots of board games), bocce ball, rock climbing wall, naps! and much more.

Redwood Canopy Tour

The Canopy Tour is an amazing 2 hours zip line course in the redwoods right on Mount Hermon’s property. This is an attraction that people come from all over the Bay Area and CA to be part of. You’ll experience adventure, learn about the redwood forest and bond with the people on your tour in a unique way.

You need to be over the age of 10, taller than 52 inches and weigh between 75 and 250 pounds to participate.

Q: Is financial assistance available to help with attending the retreat?
A: We have camp-scholarshp money available and want to help every family attend regardless of financial barriers. Please contact David Frederick at the Morgan Hill campus or Brad Mortensen at the San Jose campus for more information.
Q: Does Mount Hermon accommodate special diets for their meal times?
A: Yes, please fill out this link at least 2 weeks in advance, only guests with special diet request should fill this out. This will help Mount Hermon plan for the weekend.
