Reborn Identity – Finding Your Identity In Christ

The book of 1 Corinthians is notable for Paul’s criticism of the immaturity rampant at the church in Corinth. But Paul’s letter to this church encompassed more than just confrontation – he also had much encouragement for them, too. One key area of encouragement is for believers to embrace their restored identity found in Christ and let this new identity be the basis for the way they live their faith.

Which way are you going?

Knowing who you are has a lot to do with knowing which way you are going. Understanding our true identity is key to knowing who we are. The world we live in tells us that what we do, as men, determines our identity.

In contrast, as Christians our identity determines what we do. Christ has restored our identity and has called us to live out that identity. Having this identity in Christ beckons us to echo these words from King David in Psalm 25, “Make me to know your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation." (Psalm 25:4-5, ESV).

The HighWay Men’s Conference is designed to be a significant weekend for men where we take very seriously the desire to have God make His ways known to us and to learn His path. Join us as together we journey on His HighWay.
